Buse the barmaid is Fantastic! She looked after the 7 of us sooo well.. Her assistance was amazing... Nothing too much trouble.. Food very reasonably priced, well cooked & no problem at all. She deserves to be praised & has fabulous customer service skills & is wasted in this little "locals" pub. She needs to move somewhere more prestigious where she can be really appreciated. As an ex publican restaurant owner I wish I'd had her on my staff
Been a regular at this pub every mon night ! Great food good atmosphere and really super friendly staff who no matter how busy they get , always have a warming smile and will go out if there way to make us feel welcome and looked after! We love doing the quiz there each week and I must say the hot chocolate I order is the best I've ever tasted! Looking forward to enjoying a family Birthday meal next week!
Super friendly pub with good basic pub grub served with a smile. Clientele type changes throughout the day depending on whether sport is on or It's home time. Well worth a visit.
