The pool is nice enough but for some reason they always have it freezing cold. I'm not expecting bath temperatures but its far colder than any other swimming pool I've ever been to.The other problem is the locker system, they secure with padlocks and you either have to take your own or buy one of the ones they supply for 3. The ones they provide are combination padlocks which aren't much use for those of us that wear glasses as you can't see the numbers in the padlock when you get back to the locker after swimming without your glasses on.
Toilets and changing rooms stinks, showers always full of hair and walls full of body fat.My son my doing swimming lessons on stage 2, 5 years old and teacher never go in the pool? How is going to learn?! Very poor customer service as well no one never available to talk! Changing him to another club!
Called to ask about swimming lessons for kids, no one answering and transferred me to voice service She Called back later and transfered me to the main reception to book for an assessment. Was waiting 17 minutes with no answer .called back again no one is answering Sent a msg for the manager to get better service and good management because early is a nice area doesnt deserve this kind of bad management 18/7/18
Great venue for events. Plenty of space staff friendly. Good amenities. Cafe on site parking a bit ltd
Super friendly and helpful staff. Molly was quite happy to solve a problem my sister and I had with our memberships. we were impressed that she was super nice and patient considering we had many many questions and made multiple changes to our membership.
