Always great food. Best dominos in reading
So I ordered an American hot pizza with stuffed crust and waited over 2 hours for it to be delivered. During my wait I didnt phone up to complain because I wanted to give them benefit of the doubt that it was a busy Saturday night. Anyway pizza turns up and it is mildly warm and the wrong pizza. As a result I have paid more money for a pizza I didnt want. I am incredibly disappointed with this service and if I could I would give less than 1 star. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
To save time, effort and frustration just dont order from here.The driver couldnt find my address to start with. I accept this happens time to time, but when we noticed that our pizza order was wrong and thought wed call and explain, we were told we had ordered the pizza toppings they had made and delivered. We went over the order to explain THEIR mistake and were told if we wanted a new pizza we would have to wait 40-50 mins !!Then I asked to speak with the manager expecting a revised time or offer, instead I found myself arguing with a man Id never met who told me I had to prove they were wrong. We offered to take pictures to save time so they could just refund my money as I was running out of patience with their terrible customer service skills, but this was not enough. I bregunchly drove down to the store with incorrect pizza and cold sides to the unpleasant store manager and left with no apology. I cannot stress enough the poor level of customer service you will receive from this place!!!
Superb service arrived early for my pizza was instantly made ready before my pick up time!!
Ordered a pizza and it just sat as being made on the app. Called just before they shut as still hadn't come and the guy was very dismissive. Long short the pizza never came.Shocking service.
