Amazing experience!!! They were all so lovely and attentive, made me feel really welcome, the lady that threaded my eyebrows was really nice and gentle, and the guy that did my nails was amazing! Theyre not chunky or fake-looking at all, really happy! The prices are super competitive and you get amazing value for your money. So happy that I even booked in to get my eyelashes done with them!
ruined my eyebrows with very uneven threading and light brown dye that was jet black. charged me 34 for the pleasure of not wanting to leave the house. as a man i had no way of covering it up. awful awful experience
Went in store to book an appointment, watched the girl write it in the diary including my mobile number. turn up for the appointment a few weeks later and the whole shop is shut!!! nobody bothered to call me and I know it was written in the diary because I saw it! awful service and I wont be returning again!
