Really friendly and professional staff, efficient service, wasn't kept waiting which is always a plus. Had an amazing massage! Will definitely be going back!
Not a very nice atmosphere, heard a couple of the girls talking about me - very unprofessional. Excessive price for what I had done! Ended up with a harsh ombre line, and I was told they didn't want to do my hair incase they got it wrong - and I would blame them, and that was coming from the "Director" Lovely...not exactly what you want to hear being a newish customer. I was made to feel very uncomfortable, definitely won't be going back here. As you can see from the before and after photos I went to a different salon who were absolutely lovely and sorted it out for me.
